gci, alle Dateien mit date X, gci date where without time

hallo zusammen,

ich möchte alle Dateien mit Änderung oder Erstelldatum mit Tag X ohne Uhrzeit. Geht das nur mit -lt and -gt? 

$date = get-date "01/12/2020"
gci c:\temp | where {($_.CreationDate -eq $date)}
